YEL Presentation Day Procedure List
1.Managers register your team 45 minutes before event at the Registration desk
2.Fill in two copies of the Team Registration Document. Hand one in and retain the other copy.
3.Managers briefing and walk through 30 minutes before the event. Please assemble promptly at the Registration Desk for this. Please bring this letter with you.
4.Players and team managers to go through V2 and be seated in their allocated places 15 minutes before the event in the order you have handed in at the registration desk.
5.Parents and spectators to go through V4 and be seated in their allocated places 15 minutes before the event. V4 is to be found 2/3rd along the length of the stand and can only be accessed from the outside.
6.Players individual and trophy presentations. Please follow stewards instructions throughout. An individual photo and team photo will be taken. If for any reason any child or parent does not want a picture taken please make us aware.
7.Direction of team and manager back up to the stand to be seated opposite parents. Please follow steward instructions.
8.10 minutes before the end of the presentation please take nominated child accompanied by manager or other responsible adult where appropriate back to V2 entrance to be lined up for the Presentation Parade. Exit by going down to the pitch via the gate one along from where you entered the stand, turn left, go to the end of the stand turn left and walk along the whole length of the outside of it to access the pitch again through V2 as you did at the beginning of the Presentation.
9.Presentation Parade and finish all exit through gate onto pitch side. Please take your time leaving as this is a narrow entrance. Once on the pitch side go to the end of the stand turn left.
10.Photos of the event will be on sale as you leave please view these at your leisure. It may be that your photos maybe ready to view during the event if this is the case please exit onto the pitch side as directed and when finished to return to the stand go round the back of the stadium and enter through the parent and spectators entrance.
11. Finally the committee would like to take the opportunity to wish you a very enjoyable and memorable day. Don’t forget to visit the bouncy Castle and other stalls and sideshows as they are there for your benefit. There will be opportunity on the day to buy raffle tickets and Programmes will also be available.
12.Go on support the day, support your event and really enjoy it.

Letter to the manager
Dear Team Manager
Below are listed the details for this years Presentation Day which will take place at Notts County, Meadow Lane on the 8th of June.
The day is split into a number of presentation times for the various age groups.
Ours will be
U12’s 12:15 – 13.30
It is absolutely essential that you register 45 minutes before your presentation time for a managers meeting. This is to allow us time to process each team and have them seated in the right place at the right time prior to the presentation..
There will be limited car parking at Notts County on the day for health and safety reasons. We therefore suggest that you look for alternative places to park, perhaps the embankment, and walk. We will enquire about the possibility of having car parking made available to us opposite the ground at around £2.50 per car as last year but do not know at this stage. Please check the website for any updates on this. Please allow enough time for car parking and travel to ensure that the day runs smoothly.
Also a photographer has been commissioned to take photos of the event. Each child will have their photo taken receiving their trophy and team photos will also be taken. Photos will be available on the day so come prepared as this is the photo your child will want not the one in his or her school uniform come autumn!
There will be refreshments available in the form of a tea bar open under the stand as you come in. We are also in on going negotiations for a bar facility to be made available to us later in the day.
A Presentation Day Raffle is being organised which we ask you to support as all proceeds are going to the league which ultimately means to the direct benefit of your children and remember you have a chance of winning: - a team kit, free health and fitness passes, Forest and County prizes or even a trip away to the coast next year for up to 6 persons.
Finally please remember that all teams are to come in their kits. We are hoping to theme the day around a “Festival of Football”, to celebrate footballing achievement and the support for each team. To this effect we would encourage each team to arrive in their team strip and supporters to bring any flags, banners, replica shirts to give the day a real sense of atmosphere and occasion.
Each player will be presented with their individual trophy, there will then be a team photo and at the end of each presentation there will be a Presentation Parade where one member of each team will return to parade their cup whether it be winners, runners-up or sportsman before the parents and spectators of all teams one final time. It is hoped that there will then be refreshments available for purchase so that you can stay and savour the moment. We hope it is an occasion all will enjoy and truly a day to remember
